YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR CHOICES.

Website enquiries
and your privacy.

Effective 13 October 2026 · Policy version 2026-10-13

This policy explains how GoApps Ltd handles enquiries sent through our ecommerce and business website pages, and your separate choices about optional enquiry measurement and personalised advertising.

What you share when you enquire

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project choice and a message about your website. You may also provide your business name and phone number. We record which of our enquiry pages you used, the time of submission and an opaque enquiry reference so we can manage the request.

We use this information to understand your project, contact you and respond to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing mailing list. Please include only information that is needed to discuss your website.

Where enquiries are stored and who can read them

Accepted enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Access to enquiry records is limited to authorised GoApps account staff. Cloudflare provides the infrastructure used to process and store the enquiry, under its own service arrangements.

We do not put your name, email, phone number, business name or message into analytics, advertising tags or browser storage. Form fields remain in the current page while you complete the form or retry an unsuccessful submission.

Read Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its handling of information as our infrastructure provider.

How long we keep enquiry information

Operational enquiry records are retained for 90 days after submission. An hourly deletion process removes records that have reached that limit. Cloudflare platform recovery backups may retain deleted information for up to a further 30 days before those recovery copies expire.

To limit automated abuse, we process your IP address transiently and create a short-lived hash for rate limiting. The raw IP address is not stored in enquiry records or the abuse-control database. The abuse-control hash expires at the next hourly boundary and is removed by hourly cleanup. We do not store your browser user agent, advertising identifiers or referrer with your enquiry.

Optional measurement and personalised ads

The essential enquiry form works with all optional choices rejected. Our privacy controls offer separate choices for Google enquiry measurement, Google/YouTube personalised ads, and Facebook/Instagram personalised ads. No optional advertising library loads on these service pages before the corresponding permission. A previous measurement-only choice does not give permission for personalised ads.

Google enquiry measurement: with this permission, Google Ads account AW-868007118 records a successfully accepted enquiry through our dedicated “Accepted enquiry” conversion. An opaque enquiry reference prevents repeat counting. Measurement permission alone does not enable personalised advertising.

Google/YouTube personalised ads: with this separate permission, Google can use visits to our ecommerce and business website pages to build an audience for relevant GoApps ads on Google advertising services, including YouTube. An accepted-enquiry signal can help exclude people who have already enquired. The visitor audience is intended to cover the last 30 days, with an accepted-enquiry exclusion covering 90 days once configured; these audience windows are separate from Google's own information retention.

Facebook/Instagram personalised ads: with this separate permission, the GoApps Website Enquiries Meta Pixel (4659663710940862) sends a visit event from these service pages and a Lead event only after an enquiry is accepted, using an opaque enquiry reference to prevent repeat counting. These events support relevant GoApps advertising, campaign measurement and exclusion of recent enquirers on Meta services. Automatic contact matching, automatic event detection and automatic detailed page/product collection are off. No Meta event is sent while this option is rejected.

After permission, these providers may process cookies, advertising click identifiers, the page address, IP address, browser and device information. We supply Google a page address with only supported attribution parameters, remove personal query fields and fragments, and block Meta loading where the page address or referrer is unsafe. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and message are never passed in our advertising events. Read Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy for their processing and retention information.

Our advertising integration is limited to the two website-development service pages. Opening privacy settings on this policy page does not load advertising libraries. We do not use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, Meta advanced matching, server-side advertising events or uploaded contact lists for this setup.

Change your privacy choice

Open at any time to change each optional purpose or reject all optional advertising. Withdrawal stops new lead and audience events for that purpose, tells an already loaded provider that consent is revoked, clears the advertising cookies we can access and reloads the page. A provider may receive the consent-state update. Withdrawal cannot undo information already sent while permission was enabled or remove cookies controlled on another domain.

Saved choices are valid for up to 180 days. Opaque identifiers prevent duplicate conversion counts for 90 days. These browser-storage entries contain no personal enquiry fields; expired entries are pruned when these pages next open or update them. They may remain in browser storage while you do not visit. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice, and you will be asked again before optional advertising can start. If a choice cannot be saved or is expired or unreadable, optional advertising stays off.

Other website requests

Loading a page necessarily sends network information, including your IP address, to the hosting infrastructure. Some GoApps pages may request fonts from Google Fonts; those font requests may reveal your IP address to Google and are separate from optional Google Ads measurement.
